AllottaLeads privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026. This policy covers the AllottaLeads Android app and AllottaLeads.com, operated by AllottaLeads.

Information we collect

• Service requests: your name, email, phone number, service address, contact preferences, project description, timing, optional budget, and vehicle details when relevant.
• Contractor accounts: email, account identifier, authentication credentials, business and contact names, phone, services, service areas, and optional website or verification information.
• Lead alerts: a device push token, device platform, contractor account association, alert preferences, and notification delivery or receipt records.
• Technical records needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request times, errors, and security logs processed by our infrastructure providers.

We do not request access to your phone contacts, microphone, camera, or GPS location. Service location is entered by you. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

How information is used and shared

We use information to process service requests, communicate with you, review contractor applications, match requests with services and areas, manage accounts, provide optional notifications, and protect the service.

As explained in the request form, request information may be shared with up to four relevant participating businesses for request-related contact. Businesses may pay for a referral when purchasing becomes available. Customer requests are free; lead purchasing is currently disabled.

Our service providers process information to host the service, manage accounts and databases, send email, and deliver notifications. These include Cloudflare and Sites hosting, Supabase, Resend, Expo, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. If AI-assisted matching is configured, project descriptions and related non-contact project details are sent to OpenAI for classification. Dedicated customer contact fields are excluded from that matching input, but information you include in free-text descriptions may be included.

Notification messages contain generic matching-lead information rather than customer contact details. Independent contractors handle information they receive under their own business practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Storage and security

The app uses secure device storage for its lead-alert sign-in session and stores website session information to keep you signed in. Information is transmitted over HTTPS. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your state or country. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and request records as needed to provide the service, manage requests, resolve issues, and meet legal and security obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, or request deletion of service-request data, through our account and data deletion page. We may retain records needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or disputes, and will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Copies held by an independent business may require a separate request to that business.

Your choices

You can turn lead alerts off in the app or in Android notification settings. Signing out of Lead alerts disconnects this phone from alerts. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may verify that you control the relevant account or email before acting. Do not send passwords.

Children and updates

AllottaLeads is intended for adults arranging services or operating contractor businesses. It is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. We will update this page when our practices change.
