What to include
Send the request from the email used for your contractor account or service request. State whether you want your contractor account and associated data deleted, or only particular service-request data deleted. You may include a request reference if you have one. Do not send your password or identity documents.
What happens next
AllottaLeads reviews and fulfills requests through this business email. We may reply to verify that you control the account or relevant email and clarify the data to delete. An account deletion request covers your authentication account, contractor profile, registered alert devices, and associated account data, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or disputes may be retained only for those purposes. We will explain any applicable exception when handling your request. Independent contractors may retain their own records, so you may need to contact them separately.
Turning off notifications, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account. Customers who submitted a request without creating an account can also request deletion of their request data.
